These are three-story townhomes. W.B. Homes publishes two plans. The Stratford starts at $529,990 and runs 1,953 to 2,097 square feet with three to four bedrooms. The Warwick starts at $549,990 and runs 2,335 to 2,580 square feet, also three to four bedrooms. Both offer two and a half to three and a half baths. At base, the Warwick is $20,000 more for 382 more square feet.
