The McKnight Team is one of the leading real estate teams serving the Philadelphia suburbs, with deep roots in Bucks County, Montgomery County, Philadelphia, and Delaware County. Josh McKnight began selling residential real estate in 2003 at the age of 20. Over the next two decades, he and his wife Jenn built The McKnight Team from a two-person operation into a full-service real estate team that has guided more than 1,000 families through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Today, the team remains personally led by Josh and Jenn. Every transaction benefits from the same standards of clarity, communication, and expertise that have earned the team Top 100 ranking among Keller Williams teams in the region.

Josh McKnight holds the designation of Associate Broker and has served as Chairman of the Tri-County Suburban Realtors Association. He has also served on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, the board of directors for the local county association, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and as Chair of the Diversity Committee at the state level. Yes. The team office is located at 400 Horsham Road, Suite 108, Horsham, PA 19044. In-person listing consultations, buyer strategy meetings, and document signings can all be scheduled at the office. We also meet clients at their homes for listing appointments and in the field during property tours.
A member of the team. Calls during business hours are answered by a real person. After hours, calls go to voicemail and are returned within one business day. The team does not use a call center or automated answering service.
Josh and Jenn personally lead the team and remain involved in every transaction. Specific day-to-day work may be handled by another team agent depending on availability, location, and specialty. Every team agent operates under the same standards, communication expectations, and the McKnight Team approach. Clients can request a specific agent if they have a preference.
