How We Work As A Team

The McKnight Team is structured around the principle that clients are better served by a team than by any single agent working alone. When you hire us, you get a primary agent who handles your day-to-day relationship and a support system that keeps your transaction moving even when your primary agent is in a listing appointment, a settlement, or spending time with their family.

We operate with shared standards: every team member responds within one business hour during business hours, every listing gets the same marketing infrastructure, every offer gets a strategic review before being presented, and every closing has a team member at the table.

Josh and Jenn personally lead the team and stay involved in every transaction. The team approach scales the McKnight standard without diluting it.

You’ll have a primary agent who manages your transaction from start to finish. That agent has the full team’s support behind them, including transaction coordinators, marketing specialists, and the leadership of Josh and Jenn McKnight.
