What Keystone Has Published About Retreat at Boyertown Farms

The model home is a Covington Farmhouse at 100 Pearl Lane, Gilbertsville PA 19525. Call ahead for hours. We pulled the parcel record at the Montgomery County property records office for the model and for the move-in ready home at 400 Cori Drive. Both sit in Douglass Township, in the Boyertown Area School District.

Keystone describes homesites averaging about a third of an acre, many backing up to green space, with walking trails planned. The county records the lot at 400 Cori Drive at 15,458 square feet, which fits that description.

Keystone does not publish a homesite count or an association fee.

Nineteen Plans, $96,542 From Smallest to Largest

The least expensive plan is the Caldwell, three bedrooms and two baths at 1,664 square feet, at $648,499. The largest is the Devonshire, four to seven bedrooms at 4,016 square feet and up, at $745,041. That is $96,542 for 2,352 more square feet.

Per square foot, the Caldwell runs about $390 and the Devonshire about $186. The price per foot falls as the plans get larger, so if you are deciding between two sizes, price both.

A few plans in between: the Magnolia at $689,200 for 2,953 square feet, the Savannah at $692,806 for 2,748, the Covington at $702,338 for 3,405 and the Nottingham at $721,680 for 3,600.

One small thing to flag: Keystone’s community listing says from $647,984. The lowest plan price it lists is the Caldwell at $648,499, which is $515 higher. Go by the plan price.

Same Plans, Three Communities, Three Price Levels

Keystone sells the same 19 plans, at the same square footage, here, at Glenwood Chase in Pennsburg and at Greenbriar Pointe in Perkiomenville. We lined up all 57 prices on September 22, 2026.

Every plan at Glenwood Chase costs about $31,100 more than the same plan here. Every plan at Greenbriar Pointe costs exactly $148,632 more. The spread from the Caldwell to the Devonshire is $96,542 at all three.

So the difference between these communities is a flat dollar amount, not a percentage. It is the same whether you build the smallest plan or the largest, and Retreat is the least expensive of the three for any plan you choose.

The One Finished Home

One home is move-in ready as of September 22, 2026: a Covington Farmhouse on Homesite 2 at 400 Cori Drive, with four bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath, 3,480 square feet, at $852,990.

The base Covington is $702,338 at 3,405 square feet. The finished home is 75 square feet larger and $150,652 more. Keystone does not break out what makes up that difference, so ask for the option list before you compare it to a new build.
