The Laney at 122 Wildflower Way is move-in ready at $999,000. The one at 121 Wildflower Way is $1,075,000 for October. The one at 120 Wildflower Way is $1,200,000 for December.
Now hold those against the plan. A to-be-built Laney starts at $1,034,995. So the finished Laney at 122 Wildflower Way is priced $35,995 below base, and the one at 120 Wildflower Way is $165,005 above it. Same builder, same plan, same square footage, same street.
That range is the single most useful thing a buyer can see before walking a design studio. The difference is structural options, finishes and the homesite, and the only way to know which of those three homes is the value is to walk all three and read what is in each.
