The Same Plans Are Coming to Horsham, and They Will Cost More
Toll Brothers builds the Cloverfield, Mayweather and Kingswood at Woodford Glen in Horsham as well. Woodford Glen has not opened, and the builder anticipates pricing there from the $1,600,000s. At Breton Hill the Cloverfield starts at $1,562,995 and the Rollins at $1,419,995, and you can buy today.
So a buyer who wants this particular Toll product has a live option in Warwick Township below where the Horsham community expects to open, and a coming soon option in Horsham with no date attached. Neither sales office will frame it that way. The tradeoff is real though, because Woodford Glen sits on acre-plus homesites and has a Horsham address, and Breton Hill runs a half acre to an acre in Central Bucks.
The typical Bucks County home is worth $527,322, up 3.4% over the past year, and homes go to pending in around 8 days, per Zillow data through August 31, 2026. Zillow does not publish a separate index for Warwick Township or the Jamison postal area, so the county figure is the reference. That number is the most useful thing on this page. It tells a buyer what the design studio actually costs on a house this size, which is a figure the sales office will not give you up front and which most buyers underestimate badly. Whether $153,005 is worth it depends entirely on whether those are the choices you would have made, and that is a walkthrough question.
