What the Proposed Ordinance Means

On January 15, Lansdale’s Director of Community Development, Jason Van Dame, provided an update to the Borough Council, requesting the preparation of a property registration and vacancy ordinance. The council voted unanimously to move forward, directing staff to draft and advertise the proposed regulation.

The ordinance is expected to introduce measures to:
